Regardless of the future, I know that in one year from now I have to return home for a few years. He has asked me about my plans next year, as I mentioned this is a ending-soon contract, and I've avoided answering what I truly know-- that I have to leave. I haven't outright lied, but have deftly avoided being totally honest, which makes me feel bad.
